Terms of Service and Sale

1. Publisher

The YourPDF service (yourpdf-online.com) is published by Robin Benattar, sole proprietor — see the legal notice. These terms of service and sale (“Terms”) govern the use of the service and the subscription. Using the site implies acceptance of these Terms; subscribing requires their express acceptance (checkbox).

2. The service

YourPDF is an online PDF editor that lets you fix the text of a document directly in your browser. Its distinctive feature: files are processed locally, on your device — they are never uploaded to any server. Editing and previewing are free (preview with an on-screen watermark and limited zoom). Downloading edited files, full zoom and watermark-free output require a subscription.

3. Price and payment

The subscription costs €0.99 per month, unlimited, with no commitment (VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French General Tax Code). Payment is made by card via Stripe; the publisher never has access to card data. The subscription is concluded for an indefinite period and renews tacitly every month until cancelled. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of subscription; any price change will be notified in advance by email and will only apply to subsequent periods.

4. Account

The account is created from the email address entered at payment time. A link to set a password is then sent by email. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for the activity on your account. The service is reserved for persons aged 15 or over with the capacity to contract.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from the “My account” page, which opens the Stripe management portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current, already-paid monthly period; no pro-rata refund is made. The publisher may suspend or terminate a subscription in case of fraud or breach of these Terms.

6. Right of withdrawal

By ticking the acceptance box at payment time, you expressly request immediate performance of the service — full access (download, zoom, watermark-free output) is provided as soon as payment is confirmed — and expressly waive your right of withdrawal, in accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.

7. Your files

The files you open in YourPDF are processed locally in your browser and are never transmitted to the publisher or to third parties. Downloading produces a new file: your original document is never modified. You warrant that you hold the necessary rights to the files you edit and remain solely responsible for the documents produced and for the use you make of them.

8. Legal warranties, availability and liability

As a consumer, you benefit from the legal warranty of conformity applicable to digital services and content (articles L224-25-12 et seq. of the French Consumer Code), which these Terms do not limit in any way. The service is provided without any guarantee of continuous availability: interruptions (maintenance, technical incidents) may occur. To the extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for indirect damages and its total liability is capped at the amounts you have actually paid over the last twelve months.

9. Intellectual property

The service, its interface and its brand remain the exclusive property of the publisher. Your files remain entirely yours: the publisher acquires no rights over the documents you edit.

10. Personal data

The processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy.

11. Consumer mediation

In accordance with articles L612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you may have free recourse to a consumer mediator in the event of a dispute, after first sending a written complaint to contact@weodit.com. The mediation scheme to which the publisher adheres is being designated; its contact details will be published on this page as soon as it is appointed.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law. If you reside in another country of the European Union, you retain the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.

13. Language

These Terms are a courtesy translation; only the French version is legally binding.
